What's included

  • Form builder

    Drag-and-drop forms with text, choices, dates and times, initials and signatures, photo and PDF uploads, instructions, and images. Blank PDFs for anyone who needs paper.

  • Enrollment packets

    Group forms into packets for each program, and give every child their own enrollment with its own packet.

  • Family accounts and invitations

    One invitation per family. Parents add their children, reuse family details across forms, and sign each packet once.

  • Office review

    Review each packet, accept it or request a correction, and ask families to re-sign when a form changes.

  • Signed PDFs

    Download a signed PDF of every completed packet for your records.

  • Staff accounts and branding

    A sign-in for every office staff member, your center's name on what families see, and your logo on invitations.

How do we get started?

Write to us at contact@abacustechdesign.com. We set up your center's account, and your 30-day free trial starts when your account is ready.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Your first 30 days are free, with every feature included, and no card is needed to start. To keep using Abacus Forms after the trial, your center's account owner starts the subscription from the Billing page in the office. Stripe Checkout collects the card, and the first monthly charge is made then.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. The account owner cancels from Billing → Manage billing, which opens your Stripe billing portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

What is your refund policy?

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not give partial refunds for unused time after you cancel. If you believe you were charged in error, write to contact@abacustechdesign.com within 30 days of the charge and we will refund a charge made in error.

Do families pay anything?

No. Families never pay and never see billing. Only the center subscribes.

Is there a fee per family, child, or staff member?

No. One subscription covers your center: every family, every child, and every office staff member.

What about taxes?

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Where we are required to collect sales or similar taxes, they appear as a separate line at checkout and on your receipt.

Who bills us?

Abacus Tech Design LLC, the company behind Abacus Forms, bills your subscription through Stripe. Receipts and payment history are in your Stripe billing portal, opened from the Billing page.
